Co-publisher and Executive Director of Sales
Adrian, a native of Alice, Texas and 25+ year resident of Corpus Christi, brought the flip cover business and medical magazine to the Coastal Bend in the spring of 2009 and re-branded the same concept as Inspire Coastal Bend Magazine five years later. His career in sales dates back to 1996. Anyone who knows Adrian, knows how committed he is to the “old school” way of handshaking and networking in person. He stands behind building strong relationships in the community and taking the time to learn how he can best serve and market his advertisers no matter how big or how small. Adrian and Tracy, his wife of over 20 years have two children; son, Alec and daughter, Ashley.
Co-publisher and Executive Director of Operations
This Northern Kentucky native majored in Mass Communication with an emphasis on Strategic Communication at the University of Arkansas (at Little Rock). She began her career with Inspire Coastal Bend Magazine as Director of Marketing and Production in 2014. The first professional work experience she had was actually in advertising production close to two decades ago, before she entered Corporate America holding positions with two Fortune 500 companies. She eventually ventured out to lead operations and design for her own event planning firm in Northwest Arkansas, but at the peak of its success; her husband, Greg, a drilling fluids specialist, was offered an opportunity in the oilfield they could not pass up. This opportunity relocated them to the Coastal Bend in the summer of 2012. Holly took the position of Director of Sales for the Solomon P. Ortiz International Center. She advertised the venue in the magazine prior to coming on board, so she knew firsthand the impact that the publication had in the community. Since moving to the Coastal Bend, she has dedicated herself to becoming actively involved in the community she now calls home through various volunteer organizations, business associations and projects. Her passion for the magazine and its mission led her and Greg to partner in the publication earlier this year. Holly has great vision for the magazine and loves having the opportunity to work with local businesses, medical providers, and non-profits promoting progress and innovation along with awareness in the Coastal Bend. Holly and Greg reside in Portland. They have four children; daughters, Shelby and Hannah, and sons, Brett and Jacob.
Over the last 25 years, I have had an exciting career as a graphic designer and entrepreneur. I have become self-branded within the industry, and I have an exceptional passion that allows me to continue to expand. My hands-on training at UMASS provided me with a remarkable amount of skills to design many unique publications, catalogs, marketing tools and logos, along with much more that inspires and impresses within this field. Prior to starting my jewelry design business, I gained a lot of experience and inspiration as an art director at Coastal Bend Magazine. I single-handedly rebranded and redesigned the magazine, giving it a new vision. And I designed a Lookbook for a contender on Project Runway, Season 13. My future plans include maintaining a successful career by filling a need for creative graphic design.
Ultimately, being a graphic designer is one of the most humbling gifts I contribute to this world through type treatments, spatial solutions and pictorial presentations, essentially inspiring a greater imagination within others through my art.
“Graphic design is the basis of building an image through your body of work.” ~ EG
